By accessing or using Kamili Tasks (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Kamili Tasks.

2. Service Description

Kamili Tasks is a task and project management platform provided by Kamili Labs LLC. The Service includes web, mobile, and desktop applications, as well as integrations with other Kamili products (Calendar, Mail, CRM, Help Desk, Social). Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use Kamili Tasks, you must create a Kamili account through our central authentication system. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Kamili Tasks (tasks, projects, comments, attachments). By using the Service, you grant Kamili Labs a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Kamili Tasks to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to harm minors or engage in harassment
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscription and Payment

Kamili Tasks offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• Annual billing discounts apply when choosing yearly plans

7. AI Feature Disclaimers

Kamili Tasks includes AI-powered features (natural language task creation, auto-prioritization, smart scheduling). These features:

• Are provided “as is” and may produce inaccurate results
• Should be reviewed by users before acting on AI suggestions
• Process task metadata securely; your content is not used to train models shared with other users
• May be subject to rate limits depending on your subscription tier

8. Intellectual Property

Kamili Tasks, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by Kamili Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamili Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may close your account.
