Kamili Tasks offers five view types, each optimized for different workflows:


List View

Best for: Quick task entry, simple to-do lists, detailed task management.

  • Sort by due date, priority, assignee, or custom fields
  • Group by status, label, or assignee
  • Inline editing without opening a modal

  • Board View (Kanban)

    Best for: Visual workflow management, sprint planning, status tracking.

  • Drag-and-drop between columns
  • Swimlanes for grouping by assignee or priority
  • WIP limits to prevent overload

  • Calendar View

    Best for: Deadline management, scheduling, time-based planning.

  • Month, week, and day views
  • Drag tasks to reschedule
